Shipping & Returns

I take great care in creating, packing, and shipping each piece of pottery to ensure it arrives safely at your door. Here’s what you need to know about shipping and returns:

1. Packaging
Pottery is delicate, so I carefully package each item with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. This extra care helps ensure your pottery arrives in perfect condition. Alot of the material I pack with is resued from supply packaging.

2. Cost of Shipping
Please note that shipping pottery can be more expensive than typical items due to its weight and the extra precautions needed to protect it. I do my best to find the most cost-effective shipping options, but rates are set by Canada Post and may vary based on your location. * Is postal service is not avalible through Canada post, I try and find alternative routes.

3. What if I buy more than one item?
Shipping goes by weight. You will not pay shipping multiple times if you buy multiple things.

4. Processing Time
The processing time of a piece can take up to 6-8 weeks. To give a quick insight, the drying time before its first firing alone can take 1-2 weeks. If items are in stock they will be sent out sooner. Rushing pottery isn't a thing, lol. There are steps to ensure that your piece is functional and properly made. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

5. Local Drop off
For customers in the local area (Nanaimo to Campbell River), I offer a free delivery option to help you save on shipping costs. At check out select Local
